Producer: La Togata is a distinguished estate in Montalcino, where the unique terroir and microclimate produce some of Italy's most revered wines. 

This wine represents the pinnacle of Sangiovese Grosso, aged for a minimum of five years before release as mandated by DOCG regulations. The estate's hillside vineyards, with their galestro and clay soils, impart distinctive complexity and mineral depth. With several years of bottle age, this Brunello has begun to develop the tertiary nuances that make these wines so prized, whilst retaining the power and concentration to age gracefully for decades.

The 2017 Vintage is celebrated as exceptional across Montalcino, delivering Brunello of remarkable structure, elegance and longevity.
